The rent payment can be paid by residents in cash or sent electronically. There are a number of electronic/online payment options available. Contact us for details.
Don’t forget to call or text us at (561) 870-7012 after you’ve completed a transaction to let us know that the payment has been made. Once we’ve received the payment, we will mark the rent as paid in the residents’ file.
Disclaimer: we do not provide refunds once a payment has been made (move-in fees or weekly rent) even if you decide not to move-in because we hold your spot in the house while turning other people away. Thank you for understanding.
